I'm Elisha.
I hope to get some help about some things that are going on in my life right now. I am a suicide survivor about 5, soon to be 6, years ago. When I was at my lowest, God introduced me to Rascal Flatts, and I found hope in their music. Before you know it, 5 years later, I get to meet the people who've saved my life. It is really surreal to actually get to hug the one's who've seemed to help you through your life. Then, Their music lead me to my bestest friend I've ever had, and he lead me back to God. So, if there's someone reading this who was in my shoes 5-6 years ago, there is hope out there. God will show you the way back to His arms. Well, anyway, hope to get to know y'all!!! |

I was also someone who was there around 6 years ago! It's a great feeling to know you've gotten through all of that & become a stronger person.

My name is Brittany and I'm another HelpLINK Mentorhere on TeenHelp. You've come to the right place for help and advice. The forums are a great place to recieve advice from a variety of people, HelpLINK is good for getting advice directly from the mentors and LiveHelp is great for one-on-one conversations. Also, the blogs are great for expressing yourself and your feelings. The people here are amazing and are always willing to talk to either give advice or distract you if you need it. Anyways! It's great that you survived suicide. Really, it is. I was there around 6 years ago as well and I just wanted to give up but really, I'm glad I didn't. Rascal Flatts is AMAZING and it's awesome that you got to meet them. Their music has helped me in more ways than I can count. I hope I get to know you. You seem very sweet and inspiring. Take care.
