Hi,
I am Chris and work as a full-time educator (special education) and a part-time psychotherapist, specialising in anxiety and depression in teens. I have struggled with anxiety for most of my life (my school time was a nightmare), and decided to turn my challenge into my profession, in order to be able to assist others in overcoming their struggles. I live quite isolated and have not that many other opportunities to "give back" to the world. I am not here to promote my services, but merely to offer supper and advice from two perspective: anxiety survivor and professional. I hope that is okay and I am not breaking forum rules. I will try to respond to a few questions every week, as time permits. Now it is time to get some left overs out of the fridge for breakfast, chicken is always better the second day! Have a great day!
