hypersexual female - February 26th 2018, 04:46 AM

(Warning: Major TMI post) :/

So, I'll cut right to the chase. I believe I am hypersexual. I don't want to be too explicit here but there are "feelings" I get far too easily, just by thought. Like if I purposely think certain thoughts, I'll get that "feeling' right away. Too fast.
(And no it is definitely not just 'arousal', its much more than that).

Ever since I was a child I was hypersexual. There are certain things I did as a kid that were extremely inappropriate...I just felt urges to do them. Which is honestly not normal because children should not get such urges and desires. I continued such habits and continue to up to this day.

I honestly do not want to get such strong feelings simply by thought. It happens all the time and is not something I am comfortable with. If I think these thoughts hard enough, sometimes the smallest movement will give me those feelings down there!!!! Like i wont be touching it or putting anything on it down there, but just because i am thinking very hard and hardly moving my legs, ill get the sensation.

I am SO EMBARRASSED to tell my doctor. Obviously not something i want to share with my parents, so I will talk to the doctor privately. However, I do not want to say anything that will sound creepy/weird, and get the doctor weirded out, so how EXACTLY should I tell them this problem? It is something I am very concerned about and need to get it done as soon as possible, but I just don't know how to bring it up to my dr and its causing me a lot of distress. How exactly should I say it?

Also I think it might be a hormonal imbalance so I might ask if there are medications i can take to reduce the sensations, but I will ask the dr if that can be possible.

Hello,
I am sorry that you are having a hard time with this right now. If you are not able to say this to you're doctor, you can try writing this down and put it all on paper and then at the end you can ask for help with this. I know that you are scared to talk with you're doctor, but try not to be. Because they know so much and whatever you are going through, they can help you and make you feel better whatever it may be. Are you able to talk with you're friends about this and if you can maybe one of them can go with you to the doctor. Try not to stress or get upset. I hope you will be okay soon.
