Penis Issues

I am 18 years old, and it seems that I am a pretty hairy guy. However, in the past year or so hair has begun to grow on the glans of my penis, and it appears to be spreading. It began on the underside just on the border on the glans and shaft, but now it is starting to show on the top and move up and down along the penis, even up onto the foreskin. I have been shaving it off, but am curious if it will just go away as I leave puberty (aka a messed up hormonal thing) or if I should start looking for more permanent options, and if anyone else has experienced this or has heard of it before.

Also, all along my penis there are hard white bumps. I have never had any form of sexual contact and they don't appear to be warts, and I have had them for years. Sometimes they get inflamed and I can pop them a little like a pimple (sorry about that imagery, I flinched too when I wrote it). I read somewhere a long time ago that they are oil deposits under the skin but I cannot find where I read it. I'm just curious what these things are.

But as for the hard white bumps, those are called "Fordyce Spots"

100% normal, a lot of guys have it.

Sounds like some form of Hirsuitism (I think that's how you spend it). You probably should consult your doctor about it.

i pretty sure most guys have hair on their shaft's i do (its not super lots mind you) but ya it goes to to the foreskin too. I keep it all trimmed up and shaved. The white bumps sound like to me Ingrown hairs, i use to have a few of those they go away after the hair has finally pushed throght the skin... (sometimes takes a long time)
