Condom got lost... up there

So. Just had sex for the first time and of course something bad has to happen.

When he pulled out the condom slipped off inside of me. He tried digging in to fish it out to no avail and now I'm bleeding some. I'm super freaked out and I want to go to the hospital but I'm not sure which one I could go to that wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg since I don't want to put this on my parents' insurance for them to find out. I've tried a couple things but nothing is working and I don't know what to do.

lay on your back propped up against somthing, bend your legs out and back, and use a small mirror and try to get it out yourself. if that doesnt help, im not sure what you can do without telling your parents.

Chances are the condom was too big to begin with, so after you get it out, you need to be sure to take a morning after pill unless your already on birth controll. Cause along with the condom not coming out with him, it was already to big, otherwise it shouldnt have done that in the first place.

If you cant get it out, you pretty much have to find a clinic or a doctors office or somthing to go to.

Unfortunately a bit stuck at the moment. I tried showering and laying in various positions to try and get it out. No luck. I felt like I was grabbing it at one point but then a piece of whatever I had flaked off and it was tissue. No handmirror accessible. Rargh.

Idk if plan b is necesaary as he did not ejaculate at all. I mean obviously I don't want to get pregnant but I'm also a bit poor. I don't have money to spend on something that isn't necessary.

Also my medical records may be confidential but if I use my parents insurance to reduce cost, something is going to show up on the bill.

I see that you live in the US. Plan B is free at most Planned Parenthood clinics to women over the age of 18 especially near college campuses or in cities, all you need is a photo id with your name and DOB on it. I would go in and check with the one near you. Also, they may even be able to help you with the condom. I would try placing one leg on the edge of something a little higher while you squat and have him get under you, a little awkward, but that's what I'd try. Like how you would go about getting a stuck tampon out. Kinda a gross image sorry but that's how I'd approach it.

Megan's advice is great! Planned Parenthood can provide the Morning After Pill for you. Even if he didn't ejaculate, there is still pre-ejaculation fluids that are released, which DO contain sperm. Unless you want to risk getting pregnant, you should take the morning after pill. As for the condom, try 'pushing' a little and use your finger to grab onto part of it. Put one of your legs on the toilet cover and try that. Maybe have him help out (might be awkward), but he could have a better angle/ longer fingers. You definitely don't want to keep that in you. You might even consider squirting some water up there to help loosen things. Planned Parenthood could also help get the condom out- or any other free health clinic! Good luck!

All the above information is pretty much correct. I would still advise you take the morning after pill because there could still be pre-cum which can contain sperm which can make you become pregnant. And it could be freely available to you, so it's a good idea that you check that out. If you go to a planned parenthood centre, they could also be able to help you to get out the condom. And I think it's vital that you sort that out as soon as possible. It's not very healthy to have the condom and the sperm still inside you.

Keep trying yourself, and ask your boyfriend to help too if you can. Try all sorts of positions and just keep trying. Check out the planned parenthood centres and just try and get it done ASAP!

Wish I had seen the rest of this thread earlier. Today was a bit crazy (understandably).

I went to the gynecologist this morning and she removed it no problem. Also got a prescription for BC while I was there. And she prescribed me Plan B. I ended up paying ~$50 for it which my boyfriend paid half for. Wish I had known I could've possibly gotten it for free.

I just hope it's not too late as according to my best calculations I should be ovulating today. :/

It probably wouldn't be free, but reduced cost. You should also ask your gynecologist if she can prescribe a generic since I pay only 20 dollars for mine but the name brand is 60+ dollars.
