Call up your local family planning clinic such as Planned Parenthood. The laws do differ by state/country so you can either look that up online or call ahead of time and ask. Depending on the method, birth control can cost as much as $500 or you can get it for free. A month's supply of pills cost around $20. You can always ask if they offer any financial help if you can't afford birth control. Usually they are quite willing to work with women. No one should go without birth control should they choose to use it.
I hope this helps. x |

As mentioned, it depends on where your from. In some states, you can be 16 to gain birth control, other states may vary. As Angel said, call ahead of time to ask what the law requires. Even if you aren't 18, and wish to keep your appointments confidential, they can't tell your parents, as it's against the law for doctor's to go against doctor/patient confidentiality. Just make sure you look up the do's and don'ts of the laws for your state/country.

Hey there,
The way I get my birth control is through Planned Parenthood. While my mom knows I'm on birth control, planned parenthood is a good way to get birth control without your parents knowing, or without your parents consent. They bill you based on a sliding fee scale. Which depends on your medical insurance, income, etc. I would basically call and look into it. Ask how to obtain birth control at a cheap cost, and without your parents knowing. Planned parenthood rarely turn women down. No matter what the situation.
