Lemme get this straight... In your last post in which you complained of anorexia, you were almost five months. That was only ten days ago. If you were indeed anorexic, they'd probably want to give your children more time to grow and not send you in when you are only 18-22 weeks since you were apparently underweight. You never referenced a "Noah" in your last post. You appear to be lying.. if not, you have a lot of explaining to do.

Shouldn't they still be in the hospital for months which would only 17-20 which most hospitals won't even try to save a baby until 23 or 24 weeks?

You are 15 and have there kids? I mean its possible but woah! And it is even more unlikely that you had your son Noah at 13...

And how do you go from three months, to five months, to having your babies in one month? Even if you r babies were in the NICU at five months they would most likely have extremely serious health complications

Guys she's not lying, there in the uh...I forgot what it's called but they send babies there whenever they are born early...icu or something like that...and yea Noah is 1&1/2 years old...yes the babies were born early. It seems like shes lying but she ain't. Trust me

You're thinking of the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), and I think what's making people wary to believe it isn't Noah or the fact that the babies were born early, but rather how early they were and the months in her posts just don't add up right. But I still stand by my congratz to her

Re: Babies Are Here!! - June 20th 2012, 04:11 AM

Yes congrats to her but honestly I've read that the likely hood of a baby serviving at 17-20 weeks is beyond the realm of normal. The earliest is 24 weeks I'm reading. A baby at 17 weeks would be 5oz and about 5 inches, and then 20 weeks would be 9oz and only 10 inches long. There's so much growing a baby can do. But instead of knocking the O/P congrats anyway.

Re: Babies Are Here!! - June 20th 2012, 06:02 PM

Dudes, she was saying she was anorexic. That would be starving the babies too, making them even more underweight and probably less developed than they'd already be at 20 weeks. You just don't go from 3 months to 5 and then give birth. That would be like a record breaker and she's what? 15? Teen pregnancies are risky anyway. Pair risky with her former post where she talks about being abused, suicidal, anorexic, and add multiples in there. The risk of miscarriage would be through the roof at that point. I don't want to think she's lying either, but this whole situation is too unlikely for me. Her last post sounded like a story.. it was fishy enough, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. This information that she said she was 3 months only a month ago pretty much confirms it. Trolling attention seeker. :/

The Worlds most premature baby to leave the hospital was born at 21 weeks and 5 days gestation. And their little baby girl had to stay in the NICU for 5 months. So I would defiantly say with a the aforementioned risk factors you are most likely lying.

Tasmin and Christian are right. Have any mods been on to confirm something yet? Because i feel there's so many comments here that i'd be better if a mod removed this post or found out what was going on.

Re: Babies Are Here!! - June 21st 2012, 08:52 PM

A fetus is traditionally not considered viable until 23-24 weeks into pregnancy, with rare exceptions. The following is an excerpt about the growth of a fetus at 20 weeks, or roughly the five month mark, from www.babycenter.com:

How your baby's growing:

Your baby weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now. He's also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel — the length of a banana. (For the first 20 weeks, when a baby's legs are curled up against his torso and hard to measure, measurements are taken from the top of his head to his bottom — the "crown to rump" measurement. After 20 weeks, he's measured from head to toe.)

That's a SINGLE pregnancy, too; not with twins. Twins would be in even more critical condition and most likely would have died at birth.

Congratulations, Emma, on the successful birth of your children, and may they grow to beat the odds and be healthy boys. You have our full support, and we are here if you ever have any other questions.

I also encourage you to seek help for your ongoing mental health issues. It's really important to be the healthiest mom you can be, and that means taking care of yourself as much as possible.

Incidentally, have you found a new place to live? I remember your aunt was really abusing you in your last post. I hope you called someone and you and your babies will now be in a safer location.

I don't see the problem in questioning things; what has the world come to that we automatically congratulate a possible liar? I mean congrats if it's true. If it is, I wish them all the best, but if it's not, I'm not going to waste positive thoughts on them :/

It isn't over analyzing at all. It's just normal analyzing. Looking at the facts and comprehending - In this case, it's fairly obvious the "facts" were nothing but sloppily thrown together lies. Last month she claimed she was three months pregnant. A week ago, five months. Now she's having premature babies while having an eating disorder, and apparently they're fine and are able to leave in just a few days. It's complete garbage. And it's obvious. There's absolutely nothing wrong with calling out a liar. There's nothing to congratulate here at all.

If you don't believe her then why are you commenting? Fueling the fire much? I'm glad that everyone has to bash each other. Good job, guys. If you have a problem with her eithe take it up with her or report to a moderator. Ganging up on her is called bullying. And at any rate, if she is lying then let her. Karma sucks. And I don't see why it's a major concern for any of you. But okay.

Anyhow. Congrats! I hope everything is well. Pictures please

Lyndsee is right guys. If we're just going to point out the flaws in the story, then there's not a reason to post. Just take it up with reports and moderation, and it will be handled as seen fit. I honestly avoided posting in this thread because I had nothing nice to say really, but I am posting because Lyndsee is right, and I back her up on what's she saying, and honestly I'm going to swallow my "pride"(for lack of a better word), and say

Congratulations Emma! I'm sure your new babies are rather cute, and haha I agree with Lynds. Pictures please

thank u lyndsee and cheye. i have to point out that i am 6 months pregnant with twins and i'm struggling with self harm and suicidal tendencies that have become worse because of my pregnancy. its harder than u think. i understand that there are some lines that are pretty blurry in her story. i understand also that yall ganging up on her is called bullying. way to go.

Guys don't go down this road. People come here with fake pregnancy stories all the time. If you point out the blaringly obvious truth, the mods come in and say

HAY GAIS BE NICE CONGRATS AT HAVING OCTUPLETS AT 13 BY YOUR RAPISTS WHICH TOOK 3 MONTHS TO DEVELOP HOPE YOU DONT KILL YOURSELF AND CAN GET OVER YOUR HEROIN ADDICTION PICCCCSSS PLEEEEASSEEEEEE XXX

Ugh. Not totally sure if they're just really gullible or trying to play by the rules. I hope it's the latter, I really, really do.

Anyway what happens is you call out the OP on their crap then the staff tell you off and if you keep going, you get a warning, then in like a month when they've given up trying to pretend like the OP's story is real they send you a PM explaining how they're sorry about the warning, and that they realise now that it wasn't a real story.

And mods, I know you're going to be tempted to delete this and give me an infraction but it would be real sweet if you could just skip to the apologising bit. Kkty.

Oh and just editing to tell anyone who wants to know there's a really funny (in a sick and awful kind of way) short story passing off as real story in the rape section. It's written like a bad twilight fanfiction. You'll know when you see it.

Ah in theory but very rarely because like you can see in this thread they treat the most ridiculous stories as real just in case there is any chance it is. The one I have in mind was so funny from about a year ago. It was this girl who said she was 14 and nothing in her story made any sense at all. When someone called her up on the dates she made up this elaborate story about how the doctors were lying to her on purpose for no reason.

Anyway don't worry, they're not going to see something, think it's unlikely and then ban you. As you can see from this thread it would take a lot for them to actually do anything.
