I'm F*cking Scared.

So last Monday I had unprotected anal sex with my boyfriend. This may be graphic, but I felt sperm (at least I think it was sperm) basically oozing from my anus. I'm terrified that I might be pregnant because I read that you can become pregnant from the sperm entering your vagina from the anus.

My boobs are hurting, I started my new pack of birth control pills (I'm on Alesse, the 28-day pack) and I have to pee more than normal. Also, I don't know if this is just me overreacting and reading way too much into things, but I feel like I've been eating/drinking WAY more calcium. I'm waiting for my pack to finish so that I'll get my period.

Because I'm only 14 (I'm a durrface and put it in wrong over there), I don't know if I can buy a pregnancy test. I'd like to know if I can do that here (BC, Canada) and I need some information about abortion services as well. Abortion goes against everything I believe in, but I feel like it's the only way. I'm too small to carry a baby to term and give it up for adoption, which was my first plan of action if I ever became pregnant. Abortion feels like the only way.

So. Questions.

1. Could I be pregnant?
2. Can I buy a pregnancy test?
3. Can I get an abortion?

The likelihood of you being pregnant from what you described is very very very slim. It's also rather early to be having pregnancy symptoms, so you're probably just psyching yourself out. You can definitely buy a pregnancy test. Just go into any pharmacy, like London Drugs or Shopper's Drug Mart and you can pick one up right off the shelf. Although I highly doubt you're pregnant, you should take a test just to be 100% sure. We have lots of resources in BC for women/girls facing unplanned pregnancies thankfully, and they can refer you to an abortion clinic if that's what you decide. You can also get a referral for an abortion from your regular doctor.

It sounds slim, I doubt you're pregnant but you're able to buy a pregnancy test, Walmart, Pharmasaves, they all have them. I suggest taking a first responce 5 days before your next expected period to find out for sure. As said above there are resources out there for this kind of thing, you can go to your doctor as well and take a test to find out as well, if you are pregnant you'll have to go anyways. I doubt you're pregnant though... remember birth control isn't 100% and to ALWAYS have your partner use a condom even while performing anal (for other reason's than just getting pregnant when it comes to anal sex)

Well, it's possible but highly unlikely that you would get pregnant off of leakage down to your vagina. Like it is extremely unlikely. It's still better to use a barrier-method even with anal sex, especially for stds. Plus you are on the pill so the chances of you ovulating are even slimmer and you are in the beginning of it.

Another thing is that you would not be experiencing hormonal symptoms yet as implantation would have happened only two to three days ago. Sperm and the egg usually join in the fallopian tube and then travel to the uterus to implant.

I am not sure on abortion, but there should be a process for you to be able to get one if your parents won't sign off on it. I don't see why they would not let you buy a pregnancy test as it is a basic aid, but you would still have to wait till your missed period as the tests aren't sensitive to pick up the hormone levels at this time. I am not even sure if a blood test could pick it up.

Stress can affect your eating habits and you are also being hyper-sensitive to the signs of a pregnancy. I would take a deep breath and calm down. It is highly unlikely you are pregnant.
