dream about pregnancy -

i am not sure if this goes here or not if not move it.
i have had an ongoing dream the past few nights about being pregnant. the kid is my boyfriends and we have the means to support the baby but i don't want a child. in the dream i complain about all the things babys do cry poop etc.. but i know outside that dream on a day to day basis i love everything about little babys. and i want a kid someday. i just don't get my dream and its sorta worrying me? any advice? -confused- |

Maybe your mind is trying to tell you what having a baby is really like? For the first few weeks they scream their little heads off, never sleep, and poop and pee everywhere. They hate doing anything, and everything scares them. My son had colic and would cry until 11 at night then be back up again 2 hours later to eat.
All I wanted to do was complain about him after he was born... didn't mean I didn't love him and love having him around. I honestly wouldn't look too much into. It's just a dream. When reality is a prison, your mind can set you free. |

Dont worry, i had a dream last night that i was heavily pregnant but i could see the baby poking out of my stomach through my skin and it didn't look very nice ... but in the end it's just a dream. I don't really know what caused it. Dreams are weird things!

see ive helped raise my neice adn nephew since a month after they were born. and i still help alot with my nephew cause his parents are shitty. i loved every aspect of being with my nephew 2am with a bottle. and all that stuff. crying doesn't bother mee. not to mention when my younger brother was born i was 5 and i did everything i could to help. since i was smaller i could change diaper with help and pickout cloths and feed bottle sometimes. i dont want to read into it but it kinda scared me

I think the dreams means that you're just not ready yet. As you've said you have experience with chidren - and when the time is right you will learn.

I've always believed in the significance of dreams, but maybe your taking this one too literally? I mean, Pregnancy and childbirth in dreams usually symbolize life going in a new direction, maybe because you were complaining about a baby means your life will change soon, maybe not in a totally pleasing way?
