uterus not back to normal by 6 week checkup? -

I went for my 6 week checkup after birth a few weeks ago. They said my uterus was not contracted. Is that normal? and I think it could be going down now cause the past two days ive been in pain in my lower stomach and today is my side.
(i forgot to mention to the doctors i was in a car wreck about a week after my birth and i bruised my lower stomach pretty bad) |

That's not normal... My uterus started to go back shortly after birth. Did the doctors and nurses show you how to massage the area? Mine told me to do it daily... And they did it a few times a day while I was in the hospital.
If you were in a bad wreck, you need to tell your doctors asap so they can check you out and make sure things are okay. .:6:21 a.m.:. .:12-01-2007:. .:Logan Jacob:.
