I got my boyfriend a teddy bear, because he's my bear. I also put my artistic abilities to work and spent 12 hours drawing a portrait of us together.

As for what to get your girlfriend, it really shouldn't matter as long as it comes from the heart. You could get her a stuffed animal, maybe some chocolates, or even some jewelry or perfume. It's the thought that counts. I'm sure she'll be happy with whatever you decide to get her. Good luck, and have a merry Christmas!

Though you may sleep through half the day,
I know I'm in your heart even as you snore away.
I love my big sleepy bear.

I'm getting my boyfriend an aquarium (his mom is helping pay for the equipment) because he loves fish but his old fish tank broke

My suggestion is to do something she wouldn't expect, but shows you pay attention to the little things.

Things to get Boyfriends:
-Video games
-electronics
-sneakers
-Power tools
-fishing gear
-

Things to get Girlfriends:
-Shoes
-Sex things (dildos, vibrators, etc) :O
-Jewelry
-Tickets to something special
-Make something homemade
-Favorite Dessert
-Gift cards to favorite place (although impersonal)

For either bf or gf try to make it personal and try to not break the bank.

Think about there interest and what they enjoy doing.

Not matter what you do (if you put effort into it), it will bring a smile to there face, just because you tried (or succeeded).

Best wishes,
Chris

I got my boyfriend a $50 Bass Pro Shop giftcard. He's trying to buy a small, plastic boat so he can go fishing with it in the Summer. He works there, so it was the perfect gift for him. He could use it for whatever he wants.

As for your girlfriend, look for the small things she says. The gift really should come from the heart. Try to stay away from jewelry, because that could be taking it a little overboard.

Well seeing that you're 15 I think something sexy as mentioned above may make her a little uncomfortable I know It certainly would for me but
jewlry
clothing
perfume
or anything of that nature really
personally I would like things that i can wear so i can have a piece of him with me when i wear it

I bought him a nice wallet. I would suggest you get your girlfriend something small depending on what she likes.

I got my boyfriend some nice chocolates and baked him his favorite chocolate chip cookies.

As for your girlfriend, it all depends on what shes like. If you have a good sense of the style of jewelry she wears, a nice necklace or earnings would work. Maybe ask her friends for some ideas?

Just try to make it personal; avoid things like gag gifts, gift cards, or stuff different from her day to day style. Also, since you are 15 she shouldn't expect you to spend more than 30 dollars. Hope that helps :3

Question: My boyfriend and I have been dating for just over 2 years, and it's pretty serious. How much would be an appropriate amount to spend on him?

Re: Christmas Gifts For You Bf/Gf - December 20th 2011, 06:37 AM

For guys that you've been dating for ____ years the max amount of money you should spend is $____.
0 to 6 months ----$10
6 months to 1 years----$20
1 year----$25
2 years----$45
3 years----$60
4-5 years----$80
5+ years----$100 to $200
I hope this will help you Maloo. This is sbout the maximum amount of money you can spend on a guy depending on how long you've been dating. If you follow these guidelines you won't come of as being too attached and rushing things or being too cheap.

I've been with my boyfriend 2 months but we have been close friends for 6 months.
I have got him a box set of a nice shower gel, aftershave and deodorant. I also got him a book he wants and a poster.

His birthday is at the beginning of December and I got him a new wallet and some chocolate because his birthday and Christmas are so close together and we haven't been together long I didn't go to over the top.

$45 is really cheap lol. You can't buy anything good for $45. Last year I spent $500 on a gift for both of us :P

I just started dating my boyfriend a month ago, and with our one month anniversary, Christmas, and his birthday so close together I decided to keep things simple. He loves cinnamon, so I got him a cinnamon bun scented candle I got his favorite candy for our one month anniversary, and I'm going to get a custom necklace for his birthday.

I was thinking about a bear, or a necklace for my girl. I'm only 15, I don't intend on a dildo, LOL, and I don't intend on spending 500$ on her either, .

Re: Christmas Gifts For You Bf/Gf - December 22nd 2011, 01:51 AM

so i know it's a long shot now but by the time im able to be with my man in person we will have been together for at least a year and a half if not 2+ if he doesnt have any by then (which i doubt he will) i plan on buying him pet birds for christmas he loves birds and tells me how beautiful and relaxing they are i think its a cute "quirk" of his since typically you think of most guys as dog people lol so i think things like that (things you admire about that person because it is different) translate into cool little gift ideas later on ==

However much you think is appropriate. My boyfriend & I have been dating about a year & we spent around $50 on each other. My ex, I didn't spend much but he loved the gift I got/made for him & we had been dating around 2 years.
