Well, I disagree with Smitten.
I guess you could call me pansexual as well, which isn't to do with making up your mind, its about the person's soul, and personality, rather than their sex. Sexuality is not to do with 'making up your mind' it's something you have no control over. In my mind, I think this is what most bisexuals are as well, though correct me if I'm wrong.
There's nothing wrong with liking both sexes, and I understand the predicament you're in. Personally, I'd say be with the person that make you happiest. Yes you may hurt someone in the process, but you can't stay with someone knowing your heart wants someone else.
If you do decide to break up with your boyfriend, be kind, and reassure him that it isn't him, its just you like someone more.
However, I do think you should make up your mind soon, it's not fair to string either of them along, though I know this is not your intention.
I hope you find happiness in whatever decision though.
