Well if Obama actually does the things that he promised, I think the first part of the speech would mean the most to me, at least. To me it says that jobs will not only be created and made possible for the people currently in the working world, but for people who will one day be in control of the world. When all of us have to fend for ourselves, we need jobs to be successful and to have a decent economy. What I think Obama is saying in that first part of his speech is that he's going to create a better economy now, and for years to come, so that his children and their children will never have to suffer through a recession such as the one we are facing now.
I think the second part also affects us all because Obama is assuring us that the government will do their best to fairly distribute money to Americans. No one wants a government full of crooks, and if Obama can make sure that our government does the best job possible for us, we'll be more confident that we can rely on the people who have power in our country.
And the last one is a bit more tricky, so I probably won't be of much help there =P Good luck with your paper :]
