Hey there Tori.

It's hard dealing with all these thoughts being stuck in your mind all the time. I know everyone is different and everyone heals in their own way, but I truly believe in the power of talking and letting things out.

I guess one thing I want to add is that, while TH is a great place to talk and let things out, it is mostly a listening service and I really want to encourage you to seek help in person. While you are struggling with these thoughts and such, it's a really good idea to have someone trained to help you work through things and find ways to cope and handle everything you are growing through.

It's okay to be confused and not know where to go sometimes. Don't be afraid to reach out for some help.
