I think it's great you're trying to educate people about Tourette's. There's a man in our town who has tourettes. He was on his bike, went through the square, and every few pedals, he would stand up on his bike and make a snorting noise. Everybody was laughing, but I just felt sorry for him.
I hope with time you'll get better at controlling the tics, as it's obviously hard for you.
