You're not stupid babe, you are just going through hard times. It won't be like this forever, I know it won't. You said though that you can't cope with talking to your therapist about stuff. I think you're gonna have to hun=( You don't need to tell him/her everything in one sitting. Take it slow. Maybe then it will be easier. And some visits, you don't have to say anything if you REALLY feel like you can't. Thats fine. But I have a feeling once you open up to them about some of this stuff, it will be a load off your shoulders and make you feel better. She/he won't make judgements on you or anything, they are there to help you. That's their job. I bet you are a very wonderful girl and I know you deserve to live. If you ever need anything, im here=)
