Malware/scam ads

I know I made a complaint about the ads before, but this is a new issue. I was just given a scam ad (the type that tells you to download malware to “clear 8 viruses”). I find this inappropriate for this particular website

I really hate spam ads but I guess they do help site owners...

My friend who runs another site has had alot of problems with slowness and he has had the ads disabled for months and I think they are still disabled as I dont see any there... I dont get any here either...
