I just joined, and I have very little time because of school, and my volunteer commitments, but it looks like an awesome site!

- I'm a person to have a "happy" face, in my eyes I'm a walking clown. The day I woke up and saw a clown on my floor staring right at me was the day to stop being so sad faced. I put loads of black make up on, clothing and acted dark and gloomy. But, I forced and taught myself to smile at people. Now, when I'm down in the shit hole I smile right back.
My life to this day is hard and difficult for me, I'm not a regular teenage young adult, I'm someone who screams inside for help and support. When the verbal abuse started I was sure it wasn't going to last, and it did stop. Then, it continued. I never had a real life to live someone who ignores your and treats you like a piece of crap every day until that morning I packed my bags and left for good that is when it all stopped. But those words still scream at me till this day and it's almost been 2 years.
I just hope this healing process will last for me.
