I scratch and cut myself, and I'm trying to avoid going back to the Ed(ive been like 15 times for mental health reasons in the past 10 months). Hi, it’s great that you’ve gone 10 days without self harming . Be proud of yourself for that because it’s not easy. Have you checked out the alternatives to self harm post in this forum? There’s lots of great alternatives in the post .
I find keeping a fidget toy with me at all times is helpful as then I have the urge to skin pick ( I’ve got dermatillomania) I can use a fidget toy to like keep my hands busy instead.
