7 days for cutting, 52 days for intentional shaving nicks.

Finally was able to make it back up to a week. -_-

I just thought I would write a little word of encouragement. For those of you who are meeting and surpassing your goals, congratulations. For those of you who aren't where you want to be, don't be discouraged. Keep moving forward, one day at a time. Honestly, it's an uphill fight for all of us. But, we will win. It might not be as soon as we would like, but all of us are going to see the day where we have won our battle with self harm. So, stay strong, everyone. Keep fighting!

I'll be asleep when I hit the one day mark, so I'm just gonna post that it'll be one day at about 2 A.M., and it IS 53 days for shaving nicks.

So I have self harm free for over 2 years I think. Sorry time seems to blur together around how long its been, but I know for a fact I have been free for over 1 year and 6 months and I couldn't be happier about it. I still urges from time to time, but I just shrug them off like their not even there. :D

ive been inactive for the last couple days so i havent posted. but tomorrow will be a week since i cut or tried to OD so im trying i guess. =/
