Seen as I've taken the day off at uni because of this horrible chest infection, I can do some things that I should have done over the weekend, but I was too poorly then  Anyway my goals for today are:
1.Take things slowly, don't rush or panic. it's okay to take time on things.
2. Write down all the assessment deadlines for each module and stick it on my bedroom wall/write on my calendar.
3. Make a start on the research exam preparation
4. Complete the cardiovascular system anatomy and physiology work.

1) Eat atleast one full meal today, with a snack.
2) Make it to 6 days without SH'ing, (roughly 6 hours to go.)
3) Get some more of my school work up-to-date.
