Find a couple of things not to do
Watch on myself
Take another long walk
Scrub the tiles

See what crafting tools I have and see if I can use that for my room at all.
Have a serious talk with family because I can't let them screw things up.

Keep distracted for the rest of the day. Maybe with practice and sleep.
And catching the rain.
