I didn't let a bad mistake I made consume me too much/for too long.
I did some 'homework' if you will for my coaching/therapy.
I brushed my teeth.
I supported my friend when xe needed it, even if there wasn't much I could physically do, and didn't blame myself for not being able to physically go their to stop xyr problems.
