I don't really know where to post this so feel free to move it if it fits better somewhere else.. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. But I constantly feel like I'm going to pass out. So I'll try to eat something like grapes or a few pretzels. Something healthy. And it doesn't help. And the feeling goes away if I just flat out don't eat. I'm told I don't eat enough but when I eat it makes it worse. I have a friend who thinks its diabetes but I don't think it sounds like it at all. And besides I don't have health insurance so I can't get tested.. Any advice or whatever would be wonderful. I've been like this for 4 years so it's not a new thing. But I have people who are concerned to the extent it's at and they say I have an eating disorder.. Idk. I'm so confused and I just want the feeling to go away

Hey Myla,
Unfortunately, we cannot diagnose you with either of these disorders. However, if you have diabetes, this is a very serious condition, and whether or not you believe you can afford it, I believe your doctors will find a way to get you help, for whatever it may be. How long have these symptoms been going on? And you are not trying to starve yourself, it you just always feel shaky and hungry? |
