Can this cause diabetes? -

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place, i just thought people in this section may have a better idea? Also i don't know if it would class as triggering, i just rather be overly cautious.
So, i was just wondering if not eating anything and just having energy drinks and cups of tea (with no sugar) for 5 days a week could cause diabetes? I don't want diabetes, and i'm concerned this pattern of 'eating' may cause it. Any reply would be great. Thanks.

Hey Sophie, I don't think it will cause diabetes, but it's still not the healthiest thing to do as it could cause other problems if done for long enough periods of time.

None of us are doctors on here. So we can't diagnose you, but we can help guide you. I suggest simple research, and talking to your doctor. Your eating habits aren't healthy and might even cause other health related issues, so talking to your doctor is best. And on that note, because this is more of health related question, I'm going to toss this over to the General Health sections. Take care<3
