Hey, Maria.
Sorry you feel you have to escape from life. You can always talk to me about whatever's bothering you enough to do this.
I'd suggest talking to your mom or dad or both about it. Or a friend/therapist. But I understand how hard it is to admit things like this so another suggestion is to keep the inhaler in a public place where everybody is. Like the living room or kitchen. So when you need it you can go down there to get it when you actually need it. And at school or with friends people would obviously notice you taking it a lot.
Please stop doing this, it's unhealthy and a unhealthy way to deal with problems. Don't keep it inside this way, talk to someone.
I'm always here for you if you need me. All my contact info is in my signature if you need someone to talk to.
I definitely recommend speaking to someone about this, you're welcome to PM me anytime.
While you can't actually get 'high' from an inhaler, it can make you light headed and shaky which is pretty dangerous. You should never take any more than 2 puffs, and only when you actually need it. There are much better ways to feel better.
I'm going to link you to a thread we have here, it's actually an Alternatives to Self Harm thread, but it has lots of great suggestions for ways to distract/cheer yourself up when you're feeling down. You can find it here: http://www.teenhelp.org/alternatives
If you have any questions or ever want to talk, feel free to let me know.
