Do you have a favourite type of chocolate cake? Do you know any recipes?
I love baking beetroot brownie - it's one of my favourite recipes. It consists mostly of chocolate and cooked beetroot, plus a bit of standard ingredients like flour, eggs and sugar What do you think of it?

I've never heard of beetroot brownies, but I sure do love chocolate cake! I like brownies with vanilla ice cream, but I don't consider brownies and cake to be in the same category of dessert treats.

I've never tried it! It sounds gross but if someone offered to me I'd at least try it.

The thing is, you can't taste the beetroots in it (as long as it's correctly prepared, of course). They add volume to the dessert, but no taste. All the people I've offered beetroot brownie to couldn't say that it was any different from a classic brownie and they were shocked to learn of an unlikely secret ingredient
