We make all kinds of different dressings from scratch and they are fun to make. Jen, one of my friends loves the Olive Garden Italian seasoning dressing too, she always has to have it.

My go-to is usually some form of Italian. I love the Olive Garden one, but I'll use almost any brand if I don't have that one available. I also enjoy honey mustard, but that's typically based on what else I'm including in my salad and/or my current palette.
My girlfriend also blends two brands of balsamic together from time to time and it creates the perfect balance based on the flavor profiles of the two vinaigrettes. I'm not typically a big balsamic fan, but I really enjoy that concoction!
