I had veggie burgers earlier :) I'm eating fruit salad right now (watermelon, blueberries and strawberries :D)

Cara-style Cheese fondue. Which just involves cheese melted in milk haha xD

Roast dinner - chicken, swede, carrots, roast potatoes, peas, gravy and the leftovers are going in the freezer for the rest of this weeks dinners and I'm currently making stock from the bones and gammy bits

I had some really yummy Meatless "Chick'n" Nuggets and Plum Sauce. :)

I had...
A philly chicken sandwich, complete with grilled green peppers, mushrooms and onions and topped with cheese.
Fries on the side
Sweet tea to drink
And a chocolate shake for dessert.

I was in HEAVEN tonight. :D

I had 1/2 of a ham steak and piccolini shells with butter and salt. Simple and delicious!

Hmmm....something with grilled chicken. Maybe a teriyaki grilled chicken wrap with carrots or just grilled chicken sauteed with mushrooms and green beans (I have a strange assortment of random foods in my fridge, haha)
