I've been living with my boyfriend since March in an apartment that I hate. I work from home most of the time. Every single day, morning until 5 pm, the nearby junkyard is making terrible noise. Neighbours play loud music, often a few neighbours at the same time. I have misophonia so noises make me go crazy. It's on the last floor, so hot, impossible to stay here without opening windows. I used to love summer, but now I hate it because everybody is opening the windows and the noise got so much worse. I used to live in my mother's apartment where it was so peaceful and quiet and we had lots of greenery around. Here there are no trees, no parks, nothing, just apartment blocks. I hate it so much. We can't afford to change the apartment. I don't know what to do. Each time I visit my mother in my home city and then I have to go back here I cry a lot. I cry waking up here because I hate it. I don't know what to do. The noises are making me crazy.
