Hey everyone!
Did you know that April is Stress Awareness Month? It has been an annual event since 1992 and this year's theme is #LeadWithLove. The idea is about choosing kindness, whether that’s taking care of yourself, supporting people around you, or just being a little more understanding. The goal is to create a ripple effect of good vibes that helps lower stress and build healthier relationships.

Right now some medical things and disability renewal are stressing me out and I’m not dealing in healthy ways. Using picky pads or ice packs helps to ground me.
The sun is always gonna rise up
You need to get up, gotta keep your head up
Look at the people all around you
The way you feel is something everybody goes through
