Education and Careers Work of any kind can get stressful at times. Ask in this forum if you need help with coursework, applications, and more.
So I had my first day of school yesterday, but I wasn't able to get on at all yesterday because I was so busy. It went really well, and I didn't know what kind of goals I'd have but after today I have somewhat of an idea.
My biggest one is to get 100% in my government class, mostly because my teacher said that someone got over 100% last year, and that no one would this year. My response?
"Is that a challenge?"
So that's my main goal for now. As well as to do well in my other classes!
So if you have any school goals, either if you're starting soon, or have already feel free to share them too.

One of my school goals this year is to participate more in class since I usually don't ask questions or talk much, but I'm planning to change this year.

I'm stuck taking a class for the 3rd time, yes the 3rd time so I MUST pass it or really bad stuff can happen. Not to mention, it's a prereq. for the rest of the classes I need so aside from them threatening to throw me out of the program, I'm literally out of other classes to take except one (and I'd have to get another waiver from the director to take it).
So my goals are to pass the class and the comprehensive exam at the end so I can MOVE ON!

1) Having this semester improve my cumulative GPA.
2) Get research positions set up for next semester.
3) Not die from 2 jobs (possibly a third) + 16 credit hours.
