I was able to get two chapters of my book read
I wrote something I have been wanting too since yesterday
I got some stuff done for the new week and in preparation for the job

I got a fair bit of reading done. I only have two more chapters to finish part 1. I could probably read the rest today but I might wait till tomorrow.
I also got some things I've been wanting and was able to save a bit of money! Got item for free with the coupons and things like that.

Made it through my first week of work. Hoping that next week I am given tasks. She mentioned something I'd need to learn and it seems simplistic so hopefully that will happen.
I also only have 58 pages of my book left. Might try and finish it tonight but will definitely be finishing it this weekend.

I went to therapy. I vented. We also found something to work on in the next session. I really like this therapist so hope I'll be able to continue with her. I think she'd end up helping me quite a bit.

I got through a frustrating day of work without freaking out. I did take all my anxiety meds for the day but I made it through.
I made phone calls and was told my voicemail message was perfect.
I didn't do any type of self harm activity even though I felt like it all day (still do a bit).
I also got 5% of my book read and it's decent. Might read more or might just go to bed.

The basics, which I did while still in that euphoric state from the other night, including: brushing my teeth, washing my face, clearing/cleaning my countertops.
The more complex in a way, including: prepping food, going grocery shopping, and talking to my counselor about something that upsets me.
