I made a goal and stuck to it. I got back on the bike today. I couldn't stay on for too long and I had to keep an eye on my heart rate the whole time, but it was good to do :]
I just can't wait for my heart to get sorted, it's way too easy for me to overdo it right now. I start getting into the workout and feel myself working it a bit and I look down and see my HR going over 200. There's so much stress on my heart right now, I really have to be cautious about it. :/ |

Jamie's behavior this week was beyond words amazing. I am so proud of her. The first week of camp/work was so tiring but I feel I am no longer just an extra in the classroom but instead an actual teacher. Those kids respect me. They listen to me. Someone actually respects me. Not just someone, this week that would be 12 someones :D I don't remember the last time I felt respected, but I have 8 more weeks of being respected by those munchkins.

I'm happy today because I spent some quality time with my Sisters, Brother In Law, Neice and Nephew at the cinema. We watched 'Mirror Mirror' and it was a pretty amazing film!

Really, there's nothing about today I would have changed. I got to see a movie, eat some delicious ice cream, and reconnect with old friends. I'm actually smiling right now as I think of it. It was exactly what I needed.
