I am going to try and decorate my tree. I already put it up but don't have the lights or ornaments on it.

Our house is decorated, well the outside is at least. The company came today when I was out and I came home and they’ve decorated our front lawn and the outside as well as put up all the lights. We have someone coming tomorrow to decorate and put up our trees inside. ^.^

A book I have been wanting for quite a few months came in the mail today! I was finally able to get some extra money to make the purchase.

A black Friday sale that I have been waiting for since January and have been saving for since than...is approaching. It's about an hour and 15 minutes away.
Yes, I am going to spend a decent amount but I will save 30% ... and that's 30% off already heavily discounted items. The store is great. They also have an option to get something cheaper if it is a bit messed up. I have done that once or twice and while it makes me a tad nervous. The books never come in terrible condition. Go me! This is probably the only good thing that will happen today. |

A total of 4000 words completed in just a few days. Such a relief and I'm glad it's finally over, just like this week near enough!

I finally managed to buy something that I've wanted for months. They only recently started being sold here and it's a blind bag thing so I was a little skeptical, but I managed to get the one I wanted on my first try so I'm happy. :D

Was able to get the gift I wanted for my dad and his partner.
Also, was able to make a purchase for a young girl who wanted books for Christmas. I hope I got her books she will enjoy. |

I (finally) had my 90 day review at work and when these authority figures say everything is fine, they mean it. No negative, everything is great for how long I've been there, and if I can improve a few things to "exceeds expectations", I'll be eligible for a raise in February.

I'm feeling really supported and a lot of fun things have happened today and overall I'm just feeling kind of content for once.

Friends visited and I made dinner and not only did I get to eat with people I like, they also praised my cooking a lot and were really happy when I ofered them to take some of the left overs with them

After Saturday I go down to 5 hour shifts again, and in 2 weeks I actually get a SUNDAY OFF, my first weekend day off since I started this job and then I also get off the day my appointment got changed to, so I'll finally get to go.
