I spent the morning and early afternoon with a little cousin that was thrilled to see me, and I'll get to see him tonight as well. I love spending time with this little one and he makes my heart so happy.

1. I'm off work for a week and a half!!!!
2. My colleague gave me some of her home made spice seasoning to make new curries with so even though I hate my job a lot of the time the people there can be so so lovely. |

I'm happy today because I had a nice family get together at my Nan's house and our family came down to visit. And tomorrow is My Gram's b-day, so that's always exciting.

I have book club today! I am really happy for it this month since it helps me de-stress and I enjoy the time I have with people

Work day, counseling, and then another appointment. Hopefully this will drive me through the next twelve hours! Then.... I get to sleep in tomorrow! :D

I'm happy today because I've finally found answers for things that I'm dealing with. It's nice to know that what you're going through isn't just in your head and that others understand how you feel.

I'm happy today because I'm going to spend some time relaxing with family, and working at my own pace to get some things around the house finished. It's nice to have a day where things are slow moving. :p

I have therapy. I know that shouldn't make me happy but I really need someone to talk to about my anxiety. My hope is we'll be able to figure out ways to cope. I should talk to her about what my brother said yesterday because that is bothering me.

I woke up early but I am not overly anxious so that is nice. I am also trying audible for 3 months and I am excited about that. :)

I'm back in my grandparents house eating homemade limber for the first time in ten years. My aunt's are gray, my baby cousins are beautiful, and all the little things that I remember are still here. I'm gonna cry.
