• What do you enjoy about Teenhelp?

• What is something that you just love about it? Maybe you have a favorite area you enjoy looking at or reading or going to all of the time.

• Why do you keep coming back onto Teenhelp?

I'll go first.

What do you enjoy about Teenhelp?

I was in a very dark place and everything changed so fast for me because something horrible happened. I kept Googling and
Teenhelp came up. No matter what area's I was in asking for help, everyone was very kind and helpful to me.

What is something that you love about Teenhelp?

I truly love the Helplink the most because that was my first area that I made staff and it's nice helping out on it. No matter what I am doing on Teenhelp, it's so much fun helping out others and I love being on staff with everyone so much.

● Why do you keep coming back?

I keep coming back because it feels like my second family. We have so many areas that you can go onto and talk about anything that you or someone you know is going through and Teenhelp is a lovely place to be and to become a staff member.

Personally, I wish I discovered TeenHelp roughly fifteen to seventeen years ago (c. 2005 - 2007) when I was not only within the appropriate age demographic; but also because I was really struggling through those few years. I would actually push it back further to c. 1999 or 2000, but I don't think TeenHelp was structured the way it is today — as in with a complete forum, the chat room, user blog, and HelpLINK.

I keep coming back to TeenHelp because it's the only message board that I know of that exists today. I keep coming back because I want to support the youth of today, but also provide support to my cohort if they ever decide to come back and reach out. I keep coming back because it's a unique — in today's websphere — community that doesn't exist elsewhere.

I enjoy being given the opportunity to provide support to others who need it. I enjoy the vague sense of nostalgia that comes with it.

• What do you enjoy about Teenhelp?
Honestly I enjoyed the hospitality here In this site. Every time I log in into this, I feel like into a solid community. It's not me. It's not you. It's all the people here.

• What is something that you just love about it? Maybe you have a favorite area you enjoy looking at or reading or going to all of the time.
I love the quantity of forums here, but It's not a secret that I will go on the sex and puberty area and mental health area. Having some questions and many answers can help me, even if don't reply.

• Why do you keep coming back onto Teenhelp?
Because is also a good place to give opinions in addition listen some people talking about them. It's not a mystery that talk about problems with the others can help much.

• What do you enjoy about Teenhelp?
I enjoy the people, the atmosphere, and how welcoming the whole site is to everyone. I love that it's a community of people who really care, and a safe haven for so many of us.

• What is something that you just love about it? Maybe you have a favorite area you enjoy looking at or reading or going to all of the time.
I love so much about TH but I think what I love and respect most is how diverse the ways of getting help are. It's not just a forum, it's got a chatroom, HelpLINK, articles and resources, and all of it has been created by the people who use the site. I think there's something really special about that.

• Why do you keep coming back onto Teenhelp?
Because after 11 years of being here it's too hard to leave!
TH did a lot for me as a teenager and there's lots about me now that wouldn't exist without it, so I'm kind of attached.

• What do you enjoy about Teenhelp?

I enjoy the people. There are so many awesome people here that I love so much. I love talking in the Chat Room with them or making connections that last for years!

• What is something that you just love about it? Maybe you have a favorite area you enjoy looking at or reading or going to all of the time.

I like the Blogs feature because it lets me express what I am going through. I also like the Chat Room because it's a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

• Why do you keep coming back onto Teenhelp?

Like Hollie, TH did a lot for me growing up and even still to this day, so I want to give back and also continue to receive support. I'm attached too!

• What do you enjoy about Teenhelp?

I enjoy running the site and finding new ways to make it better for everyone who visits us. I love seeing how supportive our members are and how much they care about helping others. I also enjoy how dedicated our wonderful volunteers are and how they spend their free time making TH what it is. I have been here for a long time but I am constantly amazed by the good I see here.

• What is something that you just love about it? Maybe you have a favorite area you enjoy looking at or reading or going to all of the time.

I like how great our Discord Chat Room has been for the community. HelpLINK has always been the heart of the site and holds a special place in my heart too, we've lately been finding new ways to expand this too which is so exciting. Not to mention all the creative resources and tools we've made over the years too which some people have only begun to discover.

• Why do you keep coming back onto Teenhelp?

TH is like a second home. Some of the people here I have known for over 10 years now. I have met a few THers 'for real' over the years but I hope I'll meet more of you eventually. With full mobile access I don't even need to at my computer anymore and sometimes I pick up things on the the way to work, it's so easy to check in to see how everything is going.

I like the support that users offer each other on the site. Nobody is going to be left alone here.

• What is something that you just love about it? Maybe you have a favorite area you enjoy looking at or reading or going to all of the time.

I think I just like the forums best.

• Why do you keep coming back onto Teenhelp?

I have received a lot of support here and I know I can ask for advice if I have a problem. I like to communicate with other users; some of them have become my friends even though we've never met in real life. I learn a lot from this community.
