I have a bad cold.
My ex-best friend and I may never be friends again.
We had to put our dog down today. He was 13 years old. I had him since he was a puppy.
I had the worst doctor's appointment today. Not only did I cry and have a mini panic-attack, but I feel so stupid now. The worst patient of the year award goes to--drumroll please--ME!

I'm too scared to ring the headspace centre and ask if they have a psychiatrist, if I can make an appointment, I don't know who to ask for help- my psychologist seems like the obvious choice but ahh... there are some things I just cannot bring up with her, and I rarely see her.
