You never realise the true difference in coffee until you switch out regular every day soluble coffee for ground coffee made with a cafetiere. Shame it costs so much though.

Geez. What's the point in getting people to do a 15-minute ab workout and not even do the full thing with them? Not to mention what bits you did take part in, all I can hear is you huffing and puffing. You didn't even start off with a warm up!
