I tried to think about the people who lost their lives, and the first responders.
The sun is always gonna rise up
You need to get up, gotta keep your head up
Look at the people all around you
The way you feel is something everybody goes through
By watching and reading stories of survivors, first responders, and other individuals. I avoid videos and articles that blatantly dramatizes/sensationalize the tragedy of the day; thereby disrespecting the victims and survivors of September 11th, as well as their families.
I was sixteen years old and a junior in high school when the terrorist attacks happened.
