Can't Handle Me.
You claim you’re not homophobic, You swear that your not. You tell stories about having one of us as a friend, But on the inside, You’re just as bad as the worst. Because you can’t handle the fact that Oops, your daughter’s a queer! You blame it on age, You claim it’s a phase. Well, I’m sorry mommy dearest, It isn’t. It cant’. Because The person I want most, Is female too. You fake like I’m not, You let me fall away, Pretending, Like I’ve always have. It’s all about image, Depressed-godless-queer teenager isn’t in the plan For your perfect little family. I guess you just can't handle me. ---------- Okay, I'm not exactly female, but she doesn't know that! (my mommy dearest doesn't know, oops, I'm pangendered too!) In a world filled with diversity, I am just another oddity.

Wow I'm jealous. I've been trying to write a poem about LGBT for quite some time now, by I only got one part doen so far. I love it! Great job!

^^ I'd love to read it! I wrote this because I was angry at my mom for being such a bitch about it and thinking that I'm shallow (When I came out under bisexual, she said something about never having a boyfriend.)

Okay I'll have to finish it just for you. My mom acts the same way, but she doesn't know that I'm bisexual. That doesn't matter, I shouldn't be living with her that much longer. And at school I tell people I'm a lesbian. Even though I had a boyfriend who is transgender.

I really love this. I've also wanted to write an LGBT poem but never really had good ideas. This kinda fits some of what I've been thinking recently.

Well this poem inspired me. My poem has to deal with the rainbow theme. I came up with it as a little kid. So I'm glad I got to read a piece of writing like this.

@ Rachel, Dez, ^^ write them, poems don't have to rhyme to be amazing (Personally, I just write and then when people bring up rhythem and stuff, I'm like "wah?")

Oh i know. Half of my poems don't rhym. Then my friends at school are like "That's not a poem!" I mean really cuz in 6th grade English we learned that poems don't have to rhym.
