Okay, so you might have seen in one of my previous questions that I used to sometimes read erotica and masturbate to it.
Well now that sometimes has become every minute of every day. When I'm not masturbating to erotca I'm trying not to think about it and sometimes I'm successful but only for a couple hours or so. Mostly everything I've started to think about is a lot of the time sexual, and I need it to end. I want to quite reading erotica and masturbation all together. Please help! I don't know how to stop. Crystal is right. You've got to think of other things to keep your mind and hands busy so you won't put yourself in that position. It's natural and even healthy to masturbate, but not when it's taking over everything else you do. Try limiting yourself to once a day. I try to masturbate at least once a day. It's a great stress reliever.
Try getting rid of some of your erotica. Only keep a few of the ones you like. If your getting them off the internet, try doing some random searching. Go to wikipedia and do some random searches of TV shows you like, and then go from there: like finding out information on your favorite celebs. This is what I do very often. If you can masturbate and drag it on for about 20-30 minutes and then orgasm, you might find it lowers your sex drive, at least it does for me.
