So most of the teachers, if not all of them in my school know me either as Rae or Ashton, which neither are my biological name. I'm starting to go by my biological name again and I'm going into a new grade, the only eighth grade teachers who knew me as either Rae or Ashton left, so I have a fresh start...besides the fact I may have a seventh grade teacher in eighth grade. With her, I don't know how to tell her I'm going by Madison again. For a while throughout seventh grade I was but I told her a lot and decided Rae was my name. I was wrong. Madison is. I am using She/Her pronouns again and almost everyone knows me as He/Him or They/Them. And then my friends......We all met when I was cisgender, she/her, madison, but they have almost basically forgotten my biological name due to the fact i've been going by different names since fifth grade. I don't know how to tell them either that I"m going by a different name and pronouns, the same name and pronouns that I was from the start....Any advice?
I can't help but repeat myself
"I know it's not your fault"
Still lately, I begin to shake
For no reason at all
