There are a few things you can do to get help.
You can decide which forum it fits best into - Friends and Family, or Substance Abuse - and then post there. You can put it in F&F, for example, with a 'Substances' prefix, so people know it contains that. A lot of times, threads aren't solely about one topic or another, so you just have to figure out where it fits best, and put it there.
There are other ways to get help, such as HelpLINK or Live Help, which are more private. You can even go into one of the Support & Advice Rooms in Chat, although there may not always be people there.
You can also PM me, if you want, and I'll do my best to help.
