I'm good! I see you haven't been welcomed to the site yet, so I'll take this opportunity to say welcome to TeenHelp!
I'm Terry, a Live Help Operator staff member here on the forums.
If you ever need anything feel free to Private Message or post on my Wall with any and all questions, if you need support, or if you simply want to chat.
If you're not sure how to get started and make friends around the forums, the chat room is a great place to meet some of the members, get support when you need it, and I myself am quite active in there on occasion.
On the site there are several sub forums for support or general chit-chats, the Live Help service which is a form of instant messaging support service which you can use when Operators are online, and the Help Link service which is always up and ready for use and are guaranteed a timely response, but is not actually a "live" service.
I hope you enjoy being a member of the community, and use the support services when needed.
