Hi. Welcome to Teen-Help. I'm one of the Help-link mentors here on TH (this is what most of us call Teen-help). Here a couple of abbreviations you may see around TH and these are LHO = Live Help Operator and HL = Help-link.

You might like to post in the Arrivals and Departures forum and introduce yourself in that forum your post will then get attacked by some buddies, buddies names are a lime green sort of colour. We're all really friendly and don't bite.

There are many different ways to access help and support on here on TH. Some of the ways you can do this is through the chat room heres the link : www.teenhelp.org/chat/ , posting on the forums, blogging, or using Help-link or Live help.

Help -link works like an email system, and live help works a-bit like a instant messaging program, you can tell live help is online by it will be green and will say ' online' in the live help tab. You can access these by clicking on the menu bar above the forums.
