Here are some features worth checking out if you haven't already. Like the Albums, Social Groups, Blogs and the Chat-Room which is a fun place to chat, make friends and even get advice at times. Then there's also HelpLINK and LiveHelp when it's online, both are really good features for advice. Plus, the Support Forums which has many categories for different things.
