In signing up for an account, you've joined a great, highly diverse community of young people from around the world; I'm Adam, a Live Help Operator here on the site, and I'd like to give you some pointers which you might find useful.
Firstly, since TeenHelp is a support and advice website, you might be interested in giving or receiving support and advice - this guide should be useful as an overview for you.

Since you're part of such a great community now, you may wish to introduce yourself. To do so, I'd recommend adding some information to your profile, posting a thread in our Arrivals and Departures forum or perhaps meeting some new people in our Chat Room.
