Hi there, welcome to TeenHelp! I see in your profile info that you are here seeking support for your daughter. I am sorry to hear she is struggling with self-harm. It shows a lot of you as a mother to reach out to get help for your daughter. I suggest creating a thread in the Support forums or a HelpLINK Ticket so you will be more likely to get responses. You may also check out the list of alternatives and suggest them to your daughter; do not pressure her, just suggest the ideas to her.
Ultimately, it is up to your daughter to get the help and support she needs. The best thing for you to do is to be there for her; don't judge or berate her for her actions.

- I am not writing about myself. I am loking forhelp asap. I found out that my 11yr old daughter has started to self harm and im terrified I don't no what to do. Self harm is something ive heard about but not had any experiemce of it and don t understand it, i would hope that someone could help me understand what self harming is abouit. im not really experienced. I'm scared and i dont no what to do. please help. thank you amd hopefuly hear from u soon.
