Hi there! Welcome to TeenHelp! My name is Sam and I'm a Community Mentor here on the site. Basically, that means I'm here to be your personal tour guide: helping you find your way around and get acquainted with the wide variety of features TeenHelp has to offer. Of course, I'm also always around for a chat, whether you need advice on something you're dealing with or just feel like having a fun, low-stakes conversation.

One of the first things that I recommend new users do is to take a moment to create a thread in our Arrivals and Departures forum (here). It's one of the quickest, easiest ways to let our community know that you're here and it gives our members the chance to give you a proper TeenHelp welcome! Once you've done that, I also highly recommend checking out our Chat Room (here). It's one of my personal favorite areas of the site, as it gives you opportunities to connect with other users in real-time, either through fun conversations or in designated rooms that allow you to give or receive support and advice.

TeenHelp truly has so many features and resources available that it would be overwhelming for both of us for me to try to list them all.
